Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we follow strict safety and quality standards.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos and video of the product and packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact customerservice@alchepharmanaturals.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Orders fulfilled or refunded through Amazon/Faire/Pod Foods/Temu/Walmart are handled exclusively by each platform and are subject to the platforms return and refund policies.
